About Modern Floors Company

Founded in 1932 in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, Modern Floors Company has been a trusted name in the flooring industry for nearly a century. In 1974, Wallace Perazzo assumed leadership as President, followed by his son, Gary Perazzo, who took over in 1991 and successfully managed the company for 34 years.

In 2010, Mike McClain joined Modern Floors as an Accounts Manager, overseeing both local and national accounts. In 2025, Guy Condorelli became part of the Modern Floors team, bringing with him over 30 years of expertise in flooring services. On January 31, 2025, Mike and Guy became Co-Owners of Modern Floors, with Gary continuing to serve his extensive customer base.
